Pazzles Design Team Blog Hop

Today I have this cute Holiday Card for you. I used the speech bubble card sketch and the Snowy Bird file. The first thing I did was add an outline around the main background and then resized it to fit my 6.5 x 5 card base and then I cut it out in red American cardstock, then I cut all the background parts out  on DCWV Homemade Christmas stack. I then imported the Snowy Bird file and sized it to fit. I used the pentool and a pazzles onestroke font to add my saying and cut out the speech bubble. I used ribbon instead of paper for the sash piece because I thought it made the card more dimensional. I also popped up the bird and the whole focal piece off the card base. as finishing touches I added holly leaves and a button and some stickles to the leaves and the birds hat and rounded two of the corners on the card base.
And now the hard part deciding who gets this card.

Coaches Gifts

Here is another great etching project, More Beer mugs, buy the time I'm done everyone in my city will have one, so here is for the High School Football Coaches and team mom. I love being able to customize these with the school motto and year for the coaches and lion paws and her signature XOXO for the team mom it makes the gifts truly just for them.

Thanks to my Pazzles Inspiration and I say this again "The Best Cutter Ever" I was able to make these wonderful gifts and it was at a very minimal cost to our banquet budget.

Football Treat Bags

I bought these little muslin bags at a garage sale about 10yrs. ago thinking someday I will do something cute with them, well today is the day. It just so happens my sons school colors are red and gold so this works out great.

The First thing I did was pull up my Inspiration Studio Pro Software and make a few stamps, pride matters is the logo as we are the lions.
Then my friend Shelly and I stamped all the bags, all 101 of them.
 Filled them with candy,
And wala, custom made treat bags for the JV and Varsity football teams in their school colors.

All of this made possible by the Pazzles Inspiration and their Stamp Kit .

Oh My! The House Smells Like Fall

Oh my goodness the house smells wonderful, it smell of fresh apples and cinnamon with just a touch of nutmeg, in a word it smells like Fall. I spent the weekend peeling coring and chopping an assortment of apples from our local farm stand, it had to be a 50lb. box. Applebutter is always a favorite at our house so when I make it I make a lot, I ended up with about 25 jars and about half a dozen for gift giving. I used my Pazzles Inspiration for the tag and top piece and they came out so cute. I used the new Pentool to write applebutter with a single stroke font and then cut the tag and stamped with an apple stamp from stampin-up.

Halloween Time

Another great decoration inspired by Pinterest. First I cut out a template of the letters on my  Pazzles Inspiration and traced it on thin wood (well my neighbor did) and he cut it out for me. I didn't have any chipboard but I'm sure the inspiration can handle it if you wanted to go that rout, mines going outside so I went with wood. Then I painted all the letters black added some purple and green paint here and there. Then I cut the letters out again on my Inspiration out of DCWV Halloween paper and cut some of them in half and some in thirds, inked the edges and glued them on in different places. I then took a run to Michaels and the dollar store while everything dried for ribbon and little Halloween things to decorate with. I attached the letters together with ribbon and a staple gun, if you use chipboard you will need to attach the ribbon another way.

It looks so cute on my front door. Thanks to Blaine for cutting the letters and thanks to Erika for doing the project with me its always more fun to craft with friends.

Holidays are comming!

I feel the Holidays coming on and the need to craft great decorations. Football is in bloom and the weather should turn soon and OMG I don't have a Halloween wreath for my front door, what ever is a girl to do, "make one".
ok this was my jumping off point, I found this wreath on pinterest from http://mylifeamongthethreestooges.blogspot.com/2011/10/spooky-wreath.html
How cute "right"
So my neighbor and I made a trip to the dollar store and Michaels. While in Michaels I felt the need to bump it up and how do we do that "ADD GLITTER", also I wanted a few more colors in mine. So here is my version and I can't wait till October to put it up. I am so happy with how it turned out.

I think I started with a bigger wreath base so mine is bigger and looks awesome on the front door.

Help! I can't choose!

I want to tryout for the pazzles design team, but here is my problem, I can't choose which projects to enter so that's where you all come in. I have loaded about 14 pictures of projects here that I have done using my Pazzles Inspiration Cutter and you all should help me choose which ones to use, the rules say 3 or 4 entries. Now remember when choosing your favorites they must showcase, creativity and a broad range of talent and abilities of the cutter and me.

So here we go
" All you need" is done with the pentool.
base file is party cracker from the pazzles craftroom library, then I changed a few things and made it my own.
Round Box file from the craftroom.
Troop shirts, stencil cut with pazzles cutter.

Coach Cards some started with a SVG base file.
Retreat word book all cut out on Pazzles and the designer paper was designed in the pazzles software.
More of the paper designed in my software.
This banner was designed and cute from the software for the court of honor for boyscouts.

This Banner is with the same file but is double sided to cover two holidays.
Luminary I designed then about 3 weeks later I saw one similar online somewhere, might have been in the craftroom, just goes to say great minds think alike.
Etched Beermugs, made the stencils with my pazzles software.

Block Project, 1/4 turn gets you a different holiday starting with Halloween, all lettering was cut out on pazzles.

Alright your turn to weigh in let me know what you think, Choose 3 or 4 of you favorites. I will be taking suggestions till Friday the 9th that gives me a week to get them in.
